me growing up:
I don't understand how an empire like Rome with so many resources and such a clear advantage could tear itself apart, it just seems unlikely
it seems like some of you are in shock about your new president, and afraid about what you are getting in to.
I get that, i really do, and as someone who alredy has sexist, racist, honopobic, pretty much crazy people in her goverment, i can give you some advise. first, it’s OK to be a bit in shock, or sad, i was too in our elections. tell you the truth, i don’t have any elections where i was politicly aware and on the “winning” side.. now, after the first shock, breath. just breath. we can not go back and change the elections, but you can, and should, keep fighting. in israel, i find myself in
protests all the time, because when i believe something is wrong, i fight. it is not the time to give up, this is the time to fight. and crazy things you don’t like may happan, so don’t just sit there, do something! and you know, in 4 years from now, you will make sure it won’t happan again.
And.. well.. all this donald trump thing is at least gonna give us something to laugh about.
It’s going to be OK, our govermants may be crazy, and like, the bad kind of crazy, but at least we are here to tell them that.
